How do I place my order?
To place an order:

  1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
  2. You may choose to process through our website checkout or via PayPal.
  3. If you continue through our website checkout, click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.
  4. If you choose PayPal, click the PayPal button and you will be redirected.
  5. On the Customer Information page, enter:
    • Email address
    • Full name
    • Delivery address
  6. If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field and click Apply.
  7. Click Continue to Shipping Method, confirm delivery address, then click Continue to Payment Method.
  8. Enter your payment details and complete the order by clicking Complete Order.
  9. You will receive an order confirmation on-screen and by email.

What if items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?
Please contact service@canadahaas.com with your order number and a photo (max 1MB). We will reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you can keep the incorrect item as a gift.


How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an email with your Order Number and purchase details.


I would like to change my order. What should I do?
Changes are allowed on or before 11:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on the day of order. Contact service@canadahaas.com to request changes.


How do I add or remove items from my cart?

  • Add: Navigate to the item page, select preferences, click Add to Cart.
  • Remove: Click the Cart icon, then Remove next to the item.
  • Adjust quantity: Change the number in the Quantity field; totals will update automatically.

Payment options:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Using PayPal:
Click PayPal at checkout. Fill in correct details on the PayPal site.

Using a discount code:
Enter your code in the Discount field on the Customer Information page and click Apply. Confirm the discount appears in your order breakdown.


Return & Exchange Policy:
Refer to our Return Policy. Customer service is available 24/7: service@canadahaas.com

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations allowed on or before 11:00pm AEST on the order day. Contact service@canadahaas.com after that time for assistance.


Online Security:
We encrypt all transactions with SSL and use AES-256 encryption for customer information.

Privacy:
Your personal information is private and confidential. We never sell or rent your data.
